Ashcombe - King Stone Dairy

Semi-soft cow’s milk cheese with a horizonal line of wood ash though the centre. Flat, round disc shape, approx. 40x10cm. Rind washed, may be orange – straw yellow, with various naturally occurring moulds on surface. Paste texture smooth, elastic. Paste flavour milky, hazelnutty and rich.
