We want to assure you we are closely monitoring developments with respect to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Initially we have been taking steps to ensure the safety and wellness of our employees including travel restrictions, reviewing business continuity plans, prudently evaluating the need and attendance at group gatherings and working to implement visitor guidelines for guests travelling to us from around the globe.
Both our Senior Management and Food Technical teams are working to determine the appropriate measures which should be taken at each stage. This ensures we will be ready and can respond to a potential global outbreak including measures to reduce spread of the illness and maintaining business performance across IT, procurement and supply chain.
We are aware that there is a possibility our supply chain may be impacted due to the coronavirus outbreak, which may result in reduction of delivery reliability and availability in the short to mid-term. Whilst it is difficult to confirm such challenges at this point, we believe our logistics capabilities will keep us well positioned. If necessary, we will support customers to put the appropriate relief plans in place and will also work to secure future delivery allocations by tracking shipments in transit to provide customers with updated estimated arrival times.
We will work closely with you to determine any potential impacts or delays and will keep verifying our producers' abilities to supply. We will continue to provide updates.
We are confident in our preparation and contingency planning for situations such as this. We remain committed to providing the quality service and support to you. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact the Rowcliffe team.
