Ambrosi Provolone Valpadana DOP Dolce
A traditional semi-hard cow’s milk cheese with a milky sweet, creamy mild flavour and a smooth texture. Aged for over 4 months and made from pasteurised milk. With its delicate taste, it's an excellent replacement to Mozzarella or Cheddar on a burger and in any sandwich. Like mozzarella, provolone belongs to the pasta filata family of cheeses. It is produced by stretching fresh cheese curds into a taffy-like consistency and then molding the curd into the existing form. The entire process, at Ambrosi, is carried out by humans and their expert hands.
