Deli-cious Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P

This is handcrafted by the highly acclaimed artisan family of Mussini. Using Trebbiano & Lambrusco grapes, grown in the local Modena region, it is then carefully aged in casks made from different woods until it reaches the perfect balance of colour, density, bouquet and bittersweet flavour (contains naturally occurring sulphites).
