Parmigiano Reggiano Traversetolese DOP

Paper wrapped wedge using milk from the hills of Traversetolo, cows are nourished on local grass. This cheese is an award winning Italian DOP hard
cheese made from raw cow’s milk and is aged for 24 months. It has a firm, grainy texture and a delicate nutty flavour.
