Quicke's Extra Mature Cheddar
Handcrafted using milk from their own grass-fed cows, clothbound and naturally matured, typically for 18 months. The extra ageing allows it to develop complex savoury flavours with more bite. The 175g portions are a unique size to Rowcliffe.
