Italy is one of the most productive cheese regions in the world with great diversity of climate, landscape and culture. Our very own producer Ambrosi in Italy, have been making and aging award - winning cheeses since 1942, using milk from their own dairy herds. We are proud to present our Ambrosi Italian range that boasts traditional cheeses such as aged Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, Gorgonzola DOP, Grana Padano Riserva, Taleggio DOP, Fontina DOP, Pecorino Romano DOP, Mozzarella and Ricotta to name but a few! Many of our cheeses have Denominazione di Origine Protetta (DOP) status, guaranteeing provenance and quality.
