Castellino
The Castellino range is exclusive to Rowcliffe. Castellino supply the finest olives and vegetables from the La Marche region in Italy. The Castellino story began in 1963, when Vincenzo Lombardo, started producing liqueurs in Rome. In 1979, Vincenzo received a proposal from the President of an agricultural cooperative, to trade olives. As a child he knew everything about olives, so he turned his factory into a traditional olive processing plant. His son, Francesco, took over the company and developed antipasti to partner with the core range. Today the Castellino brand includes more than 100 Italian recipes, created by the resident chef Chiara, who relentlessly works on new product development.
