Comté Reserve (AOC)
We have gone to Fromagerie Badoz for our top-quality, aged Comté. They have been making cheese in the Jura region since 1830 with milk from their traditional Montbeliarde herd. Matured in caves for 18-20 months, it is firm-textured, with a fruity flavour. (PRE-ORDER ONLY).
