Chorizo Mild

Chorizo is a typical Spanish dry sausage, made of pork meat and seasoned with hot or normal paprika that gives it its distinctive red colour. Elpozo’s Chorizo is made of fine ingredients: pork from their own farms and paprika from Murcia, internationally known for its paprika production.
